Exhibitor Badge Vouchers will be mailed sometime in February 2009. Exhibitors are entitled to a set number of Exhibitor Badge Vouchers determined by the following formula:

• TurnKey Booths: Two exhibitor badge vouchers for the 1st initial 6sqm and two additional badge vouchers for each additional 6sqm.
• Space Only: Six exhibitor badge vouchers for the 1st initial 24sqm and one additional badge voucher for each additional 6sqm.
• Each Co-Exhibiting Organization is allotted one additional badge voucher.

If the allotted amount of free exhibitor badges is not sufficient, additional Exhibitor badges (cost:46 Euro) can be ordered by clicking HERE.
